Yarnalong: Nut-Hap and Dragonfly in Amber

Not much new to see around here (except, uh, a rather dusty desk …):

Knitting: Nut-Hap.  But people, do you see that?!  A darning needle has appeared! That’s beacause I’m finally finishing this project!  I completed the final tuck Monday night and started kitchenering (that’s totally a verb, right?) and squeezed in some more kitchenering last evening.  It does take awhile … but I think I can safely promise that this is the last Yarnalong that I’ll trot this project out for!

Reading: Dragonfly in Amber, by Diana Gabaldon.  Ok, I can’t promise this won’t make another appearance, as I average about 3 pages a night before I’m too tired to press on.  But I’m enjoying my escape into historical time travel very much indeed.

Head over to the original Yarnalong to see what others are up to this week.  And as always, I love to hear what you’re working on in the comments!

I know things have been a bit quiet around here … this last week was just …. ugh, a week if you know what I mean.  But I’ll be back Friday with a big bunch of favorites to share. Happy Wednesday!
